Private personal training is a personalized coaching experience built around you, your goals, your schedule, and your current fitness level. Rather than simply meeting for a workout once or twice a week, you receive coaching and accountability throughout the week.
Your in-person sessions are combined with remote coaching between sessions, giving you prescribed workouts and movement, nutrition and habit accountability, progress tracking, and ongoing guidance so you continue making progress on the days we aren't meeting.

Yes! Everything is customized to you. Your training program is built around your goals, fitness level, experience, schedule, preferences, equipment, and any physical limitations or considerations.
Your in-person sessions and remote workouts are intentionally programmed together so the work you do throughout the week supports what we are accomplishing during our time together. As you progress, your program evolves with you.
-
Your coaching doesn't stop when you leave the gym.
On the days between your in-person sessions, you'll have prescribed movement and workouts to complete remotely, along with accountability around your nutrition and habits. These are delivered through your coaching app so you always know what you should be working on and can track your progress.

As an athletic trainer and allied healthcare professional, I bring a specialized, hands-on approach to working with clients who have a history of injury, pain, mobility restrictions, or other physical limitations.
Your training goes beyond simply modifying an exercise. I take time to understand how you move, where you may be restricted, and what your body needs to move and perform better. Sessions may incorporate functional movement, mobility work, stretching, corrective exercise, and hands-on techniques such as active release techniques when appropriate.
The goal is to help you move better, build strength, improve mobility, and regain confidence in your body while progressing toward your individual goals.
I also believe strongly in a collaborative approach to care. As an allied healthcare professional, I can work alongside local physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, and other medical professionals involved in your care. When needed, we can collaborate and modify your training program based on their recommendations and your individual needs.
This creates a more connected approach to training—combining hands-on movement coaching, functional strength training, mobility, and ongoing communication to help you become stronger and more capable.
-
Nutrition coaching and accountability are incorporated into your private coaching experience, with the level of support based on your individual package.
The goal is not restrictive dieting or a one-size-fits-all meal plan. Instead, we focus on practical nutrition strategies, nourishing your body, fueling your training, and building sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle and goals.
-
The coaching app is your central hub for your personalized coaching experience. It allows you to access your workouts and prescribed movement, track completed training, monitor progress and metrics, communicate with me through in-app messaging, and stay accountable to the habits we're working on together.
Instead of keeping track of everything on your own, your training, progress, and coaching support are organized in one place.
-
Progress is about much more than a number on the scale. Depending on your goals and package, we can track strength, workout performance, measurements, body composition metrics, consistency, habits, nutrition, and other relevant progress markers.
These metrics help us evaluate what is working, make informed adjustments, and celebrate progress that may not always be visible in the mirror.
-

A generic program gives you a workout. Private coaching gives you a strategy and a coach who walks through it with you.
You're not simply coming in for an hour, getting a workout, and leaving. Your in-person sessions, remote training, prescribed movement, nutrition habits, app-based tracking, metrics, and accountability all work together as one personalized plan.
-
Private personal training combines in-person 1:1 coaching with remote coaching throughout the week.

Real change takes consistency and time. The 3-month commitment allows us to move beyond simply getting you through workouts and instead build strength, establish sustainable habits, improve movement, and create measurable progress.
It also gives us enough time to learn how your body responds to training, track meaningful metrics, and make thoughtful adjustments to your program along the way.
